Teresa started her real estate career in 2006 and went full time in 2007 after working as a bookkeeper at Brighton High School since 1996. Her bookkeeping background makes her highly detail-oriented with paperwork and contracts. She has always loved exploring homes and meeting new people, and she particularly enjoys the contract side of real estate. Teresa finds learning about and researching properties exciting, as every transaction is unique and the market is constantly changing. One of the most fulfilling parts of her job is handing keys to her buyers for the first time and sharing in their joy, knowing she’s helped them start a new chapter. Teresa has two sons. Blake, who loved his wife Jaimie, disc golf, and Ford Mustangs, worked for CN Railroad and was known for his outgoing personality, he went to be with Jesus in 2017. Jaimie, her “forever daughter-in-law,” has since remarried to a wonderful man named Dustin Flynn. Her other son, Jared, also enjoys disc golf and graduated from U.T. Chattanooga in 2024 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He married his amazing wife Sydney, a NICU nurse in Chattanooga the day after graduating. Teresa is a proud grandmother to two grandsons, Jace Fiveash and Easton Flynn, and also has an energetic Lab “grand dog” named Maple. In her free time, Teresa loves reading, camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors. She has a deep appreciation for waterfalls, mountains, and stunning sunsets.
