Josh started in land surveying when his father moved their family from Memphis to Munford in 1987 to establish Pittman Surveying. For the past 20 years, Josh has worked alongside his father, contributing to the growth and development of Tipton and North Shelby County through various commercial, residential, and civic projects. With a natural servant’s heart, Josh finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals and delivering the satisfaction of a job well done. In surveying, he has taken on the immense responsibility of ensuring accurate measurements and clear interpretations, providing clients with peace of mind. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural step for Josh, as it shares similar values of dedication and service. He enjoys building relationships, earning trust, and guiding clients through the emotional journey of buying or selling a home. While the career can be financially rewarding, Josh treasures the lasting connections he makes along the way. Outside of work, Josh cherishes time with his wife Kim and their four children. He loves outdoor activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and playing sports such as basketball and golf. Coming from a musical family, he also enjoys playing the harmonica.
