Chloe Prunty
Chloe began her real estate journey at a young age, working as a Creative Director’s Assistant at Town and Country Realtors in Jackson, TN, when she was just 16. Throughout high school she balanced several part-time jobs while volunteering at her church and keeping up with her studies. During her senior year she shadowed agents and gained valuable industry experience that sparked her passion for real estate. After graduation Chloe attended Union University for a year before choosing to leave to get married and start building her future with her husband, Colin. With his encouragement she decided to pursue real estate seriously, earning her license and joining a supportive brokerage where she continues to grow. She is also currently furthering her education at the University of Memphis. While real estate is her career, helping people is Chloe’s true passion. She loves connecting with clients from all walks of life, learning their unique stories and visions of “home.” Chloe strives to build relationships based on trust, understanding, and genuine care, often saying, “Relationships matter; homes are just the start.” Her goal is to help clients create lasting memories and a sense of belonging in their new homes. Outside of real estate Chloe enjoys baking, cooking, traveling, spending time with Colin, training their dog Frankie, playing what she calls “bad” golf, and organizing anything she can get her hands on.
