Anna is married to A.D. Waits, another realtor at Collier Realtors LLC. She transitioned into real estate after over a decade career teaching elementary school. In 2016, Anna decided it was time for a change and pursued a career in real estate. She found many of her teaching skills, such as juggling tasks, managing different personalities, and staying on top of paperwork and deadlines, easily translated to her new profession. Anna also has experience in property management, coaching, training as a certified Enneagram (a personality tool) instructor, and event planning. A key factor in her decision to enter real estate was her own home-buying experience in 2009, which was less than enjoyable and led her to purchase a home from a friend without an agent. Anna loves helping families buy and sell properties and make important moves in their lives. Outside of work, she loves camping, hiking, spending time outdoors, exercising, reading, going to concerts, and hanging out with her dog Jack, as well as her friends and family. She finds joy in life's small moments and loves learning new things.
