A.D, married to Anna Waits, another realtor at Collier Realtors, brings a professional engineering background to the team. He worked as a structural engineer in Nashville for a few years before spending about a decade in Memphis managing large-scale construction projects in the heavy industrial sector, which involved extensive travel. After leaving the industry, A.D transitioned into residential real estate, renovating homes and acquiring both long- and short-term rental properties. Alongside his residential expertise, he has experience buying and selling agricultural and recreational hunting land, as well as some training in commercial sales. He enjoys advising clients as if he were buying or selling his own property and stays well-informed about the current market in all surrounding counties in Tennessee. In the summer of 2022, A.D earned his real estate license and teamed up with his wife to combine their skills and help clients find their ideal homes. In his free time, A.D loves cheering on the Vols, camping, hiking, hunting, spending time in the woods, attending concerts, playing with their dog Jack, and relaxing by a fire in the backyard with his wife.
